The Kvarken Council is a Nordic cross border cooperation association for the Ostrobothnian counties in Finland as well as Västerbotten and Örnsköldsvik in Sweden. Since 1979 The Kvarken Council is a part of the Nordic cross border cooperation. The Kvarken Council is one of eleven Nordic cross border bodies, which are funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers. |
