Sarah’s role will involve supporting both regional growth around the Kvarken as well as the Kvarken Council EGTC’s own expansion in the form of new members. Among other things, she will coordinate the organization’s projects and project initiatives as well as assist Director Mathias Lindström and Development Manager Veronica Berg in monitoring cross-regional and Nordic cooperation issues at regional, national, Nordic, and EU levels. Sarah will also work on maintaining relationships with existing members of the Kvarken Council and the collaboration with universities, visit companies, development companies, and the business sector.

Sarah previously worked as an entrepreneur in her company, Väre & Co, offering communication services in three languages to companies and organizations in expert sectors such as energy, finance, IT, and medicine. Sarah is an economist and a doctoral student at Hanken School of Economics and has also previously worked in international marketing within the energy sector and the advertising industry.
