The Kvarken Council encompasses three Ostrobothnian counties in Finland as well as the V\u00e4sterbotten County and the Municipality of \u00d6rnsk\u00f6ldsvik in Sweden. Our members, which consist of municipalities, regional associations and landscape associations, can be found throughout the region.<\/p>\n
