Detta skapar behov av goda v\u00e4g-, j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gs- och sj\u00f6fartsf\u00f6rbindelser oberoende av landsgr\u00e4nser, vilket ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r centralt i EU:s transportpolitik. Otillr\u00e4cklig gr\u00e4ns\u00f6verskridande infrastrukturplanering har konsekvenser. Kvarkenr\u00e5dets direkt\u00f6r <strong>Mathias Lindstr\u00f6m<\/strong> ber\u00e4ttar om det man i Kvarkenregionen f\u00e5tt erfara och <strong>Andreas Forsgren<\/strong> om det som \u00e5stadkommits i projektet <strong>E12 Atlantica Transport<\/strong> f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta gr\u00e4ns\u00f6verskridande arbete.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7716 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kvarken.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/resizedimage590443-Unknown-5-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi har i v\u00e5rt arbete f\u00f6rv\u00e5nats \u00f6ver det svaga nordiska samarbetet inom infrastruktursektorn. Som gr\u00e4nsregional samverkansakt\u00f6r k\u00e4nner vi ansvar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 upp \u00f6gonen f\u00f6r detta, ber\u00e4ttar <strong>Mathias Lindstr\u00f6m<\/strong>, Kvarkenr\u00e5dets direkt\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Infrastrukturplanering \u00e4r idag en nationell angel\u00e4genhet och det gr\u00e4ns\u00f6verskridande perspektivet hanteras ad hoc. Detta inneb\u00e4r att det saknas f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r en gemensam systematisk nordisk bristanalys, nyttoanalys, prioritering och finansiering av infrastruktur. Infrastruktur som skapar nyttor \u00f6ver landsgr\u00e4ns t\u00e4vlar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte p\u00e5 samma villkor som infrastruktur som i h\u00f6gre utstr\u00e4ckning genererar nationella nyttor och detta m\u00e4rks ocks\u00e5 tydligt i form av mycket v\u00e4l utvecklade transportl\u00f6sningar i nord-sydlig riktning medan de \u00f6st-v\u00e4stliga f\u00f6rbindelserna i norden \u00e4r betydligt svagare.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Kvarkenregionen har upplevt nationell transportplanering som ett gr\u00e4nshinder d\u00e5 kvarkentrafikfr\u00e5gan \u00e5r 2012 blev mera aktuell \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin. F\u00f6r v\u00e5r region var intr\u00e4dandet i EU ingen v\u00e4lsignelse. Efter en tid f\u00f6rsvagades l\u00e4nken som alla tagit som en sj\u00e4lvklarhet och de infrastrukturella fr\u00e5gornas nationella syns\u00e4tt blev ett problem. N\u00e4r vi b\u00f6rjade jobba f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa fr\u00e5gan fanns inget samspel p\u00e5 nordisk niv\u00e5 f\u00f6r att hantera detta.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Gr\u00e4ns\u00f6veridande och nationell transportplanering och transportsystem \u00e4r aldrig ett sj\u00e4lv\u00e4ndam\u00e5l, infrastrukturen \u00e4r inte m\u00e5let utan m\u00e5let \u00e4r samh\u00e4llsutveckling f\u00f6r att skapa en attraktivt region att bo och leva i f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra kommande generationer.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rjetrafiken mellan Vasa och Ume\u00e5 \u00e4r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r gr\u00e4nsregionalt nordiskt samarbete. P\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsregional niv\u00e5 kan man \u00e5stadkomma en hel del. Mest synliga och konkreta resultatet av det regionerna gjort med gemensamma krafter f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa fr\u00e5gan om en l\u00e5ngsiktig transportl\u00f6sning \u00f6ver Kvarken. Ny f\u00e4rja kommer vara p\u00e5 plats 2021. Detta utvecklingsprojekt och samarbetet \u00e4r mycket viktigt p\u00e5 sikt och unikt i v\u00e4rlden.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Nationell transportplanering som den \u00e4r i dag \u00e4r ett gr\u00e4nshinder \u2013 men man kan jobba med fr\u00e5gan och det beh\u00f6vs en koordinerad nationell och nordisk politik som backar upp de regionala initiativen!<br \/>\n\u2013 Vi ser det arbete som Nordiska r\u00e5det nu g\u00f6r som ett positivt steg fram\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7713 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kvarken.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/resizedimage590443-Unknown-4-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Seminariet Infrastruktur i Norden \u2013 hinder eller m\u00f6jligheter? i Almedalen torsdagen 5.7 kl. 12.30-15.45 (Novgorodgr\u00e4nd 1).
